CoolGraySeven (for House39)
CoolGraySeven developed a branded, touch screen enabled presentation for the House 39 leasing team to use with prospective renters. It includes information on amenities, the neighborhood, and a searchable/viewable database of floor plans.
House 39 is a new luxury rental building located right near some of Manhattan's hottest attractions. This building offers resort-style amenities and gorgeous luxury apartments that would make anyone feel at home.
Along with the touchscreen, a promo website has been designed and developed.
Danila was in charge of overall end-to-end creative production including the pitch of the touchscreen concept.
